Copyright Policy
Last updated: 21 October 2026
All writing on bbw-live-cams.com is ours, and no photos or videos of people are hosted here. The video window on the start page is streamed by Coomeet; not a frame of it is stored with us. If you nevertheless spot material here that infringes a copyright you own or represent, the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512, governs how we deal with it.
Contents of a valid notice
Use our contact form with the topic “Copyright claim”. The notice should contain:
- a physical or electronic signature of the owner or of a person entitled to act for the owner;
- which work is concerned, or a representative list when there are many;
- the exact URL on this domain where the disputed material sits;
- an email address or another way to reach you;
- a plainly stated good faith belief that neither the owner, its agent or the law allowed this use;
- a statement under penalty of perjury that every detail given is true and that the owner has authorised you.
We act quickly on notices that tick every box: the item goes offline or is blocked while we check. Notices with gaps receive a reply that lists what is still needed.
Answering with a counter notice
Was something of yours removed by mistake or mix-up? You may answer with a counter notice, sent via the same form. Include your signature; a description of the removed item and its former URL; a declaration under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal happened in error; your full name and postal address; and consent to the federal district court that covers your area. The person behind the first notice receives a copy. If within 10 to 14 working days nobody reports a court action to us, the item can be restored.
Material on other platforms
Rooms, profiles and recorded shows on linked cam platforms, plus everything inside the Coomeet window, are hosted by those firms. Ask those operators directly to remove such material; serious platforms list their own DMCA contact.
Possible abuse of minors
Material that could depict a minor is a crime report, never a copyright case. Report it at once through the CyberTipline, report.cybertip.org or 1-800-843-5678, which is run by NCMEC in the United States. Then drop us a line too, and every link to it disappears from this site.
